A. LÝ THUYẾT

I. KHÁI NIỆM

Câu trần thuật là câu thuật lại lời nói trình bày thẳng.

- Lời trình bày thẳng (direct speech): là trình bày đúng mực điều ai tê liệt mô tả (còn gọi là trích dẫn). Lời của những người trình bày sẽ tiến hành bịa nhập lốt ngoặc kép.

Ví dụ: She said ,” The exam is difficult”. "The exam is difficult" là lời nói trình bày thẳng hoặc câu trực ti

- Lời trình bày con gián tiếp – câu trần thuật (indirect speech): Là thuật lại lời nói trình bày của một người không giống bên dưới dạng con gián tiếp, ko sử dụng lốt ngoặc kép.

Ví dụ: Hoa said,”I want to tướng go home” -> Hoa said she wanted to tướng go trang chính là câu con gián tiếp (indirect speech)

II. CÁCH CHUYỂN CÂU TRỰC TIẾP SANG CÂU GIÁN TIẾP

Khi gửi từ 1 lời nói trình bày thẳng thanh lịch con gián tiếp khá đơn giản và giản dị, tất cả chúng ta chỉ việc ghép nội dung trần thuật ở đàng sau lời nói và hạ động kể từ của chính nó xuống một cung cấp vượt lên trước khứ, đại kể từ được chuyển thay đổi cho tới thích hợp. Tuy nhiên, cần thiết Note một vài yếu tố sau:

+     Nếu động kể từ trần thuật (reporting verb) phân chia ở những thì lúc này tất cả chúng ta không thay đổi thì (tense) của động kể từ chủ yếu, đại kể từ chỉ định và hướng dẫn và những trạng kể từ chỉ xứ sở giống như trạng kể từ chỉ thời hạn nhập câu thẳng khi gửi thanh lịch con gián tiếp.
Ví dụ:
- He says: “I’m going to tướng Ha Noi next week.”
⇒ He says he is going to tướng Ha Noi next week.

+     Nếu động kể từ trần thuật (reporting verb) của câu ở thì vượt lên trước khứ thì cần lùi động kể từ chủ yếu về vượt lên trước khứ một bậc khi gửi kể từ lời nói trình bày thẳng (direct speech) thanh lịch lời nói trình bày con gián tiếp (indirect / reported speech) bám theo quy tắc sau:

- Biến thay đổi thì của động kể từ và động kể từ khuyết thiếu hụt bám theo bảng sau:

- Biến thay đổi trạng ngữ chỉ thời hạn và xứ sở bám theo bảng sau:

NOTE: Khi vận động kể từ chúng ta chỉ việc ghi nhớ lấy động kể từ ngay sát công ty ngữ nhất hạ xuống 1 cột tức là:

- Động kể từ ở cột 1 thì hạ xuống cột 2, ( ghi nhớ  thêm ed lúc không cần là tấp nập kể từ bất quy tắc)

- Động kể từ cột 2 thì tách trở thành cột 3

- Động kể từ cột 3 tăng had phía trước

Tuy nhiên, cần thiết lưu ý một vài tình huống tại đây ko tách thì động từ:

- Nói về chân lý, thực sự.

- Thì vượt lên trước khứ hoàn thành xong.

- Trong câu với năm xác lập.

- Các câu với cấu hình sau: if only, as if, as though, wish, would rather, it’s high time, IF

III. CÁC LOẠI CÂU TƯỜNG THUẬT

1. Câu trần thuật ở dạng câu kể

- says/say to tướng + O -> tells/tell + O

- said to tướng + O ->told+O

Eg: He said to tướng me”I haven’t finished my work” -> He told bu he hadn’t finished his work.

2. Câu trần thuật ở dạng câu hỏi

a.Yes/No questions:

Ex: ”Are you angry?”he asked -> He asked if/whether I was angry.

b.Wh-questions:

* says/say to tướng + O  -> asks/ask + O

* said to tướng + O  -> asked + O.

Ex: ”What are you talking about?”said the teacher. -> The teacher asked us what we were talking about.

3. Câu trần thuật ở dạng câu mệnh lệnh

*Khẳng định: S + told + O + to-infinitive.

Ex: ”Please wait for bu here, Mary.

”Tom said -> Tom told Mary to tướng wait for him there.

*Phủ định: : S + told + O + not to-infinitive.

Ex: ”Don’t talk in class”,the teacher said to tướng us. –>The teacher told us not to tướng talk in class.

-> SHALL/ WOULD dùng làm biểu diễn miêu tả ý kiến đề xuất, lời nói mời:

Tom asked: 'Shall I bring you some tea?'

 -> Tom offered to tướng bring bu some tea.

Tom asked: 'Shall we meet at the theatre?'

 -> Tom suggested meeting at the theatre.

-> WILL/ WOULD/ CAN/ COULD dùng làm biểu diễn miêu tả sự yêu thương cầu:

Tom asked: 'Will you help bu, please?'

 -> Tom asked bu to tướng help him.

Jane asked Tom: 'Can you open the door for bu, Tom?'

 -> Jane asked Tom to tướng open the door for her.
